1. Who we are

ladolerugs.com is operated by La Dole Rugs Inc., 31453 King Rd Unit 170, Abbotsford, BC V2T 5Z2, Canada ("La Dôle Rugs", "we", "us"). By using this Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your province or state to place an order.

3. Products and pricing

• All prices are in Canadian dollars unless you've selected USD. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
• We make every effort to show colours accurately, but screens vary. Small variations in colour, pattern placement and size (up to about 3%) are normal for woven rugs and are not defects.
• We may correct pricing or description errors, limit quantities, or cancel an order placed under an obvious error, and we'll notify you and refund you in full if we do.
• Prices and availability can change without notice.

4. Orders and payment

• Your order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we ship it.
• Payment is taken at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay (including installments), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• We may cancel orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent, placed by resellers, or that we can't ship to the address given.
• You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it ships by emailing info@ladolerugs.ca. Once shipped, the Return & Refund Policy applies.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Discount codes and promotions

One discount code per order unless stated otherwise. Codes can't be applied retroactively or combined with other promotions unless we say so. We may end a promotion at any time.

7. Reviews and content you submit

If you send us photos, reviews or comments, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use them in our marketing. Don't submit anything you don't own or that's unlawful. We may remove content at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this Site — photos, text, designs, logos — belongs to La Dôle Rugs or its licensors. Don't copy or reuse it without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use the Site for anything unlawful, don't try to break or scrape it, and don't misrepresent who you are.

10. Warranties and liability

Our rugs are sold with the warranties implied by applicable consumer protection law. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the BC Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act or equivalent provincial law.

11. Third-party links and tools

We may link to other websites or use third-party tools. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes will be heard in the courts of British Columbia.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version here. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
