Return & Refund Policy

Free 30-Day Returns

Not the right fit? You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it. No forms, no fighting with us — email info@ladolerugs.ca with your order number and we'll handle the rest.

How refunds work

• Store credit or exchange: free. We email you a prepaid return label and issue a La Dôle gift card for the full merchandise amount as soon as the rug passes inspection.
• Refund to your original payment method: we email you a prepaid return label and deduct a flat return-shipping fee from your refund: $19 for rugs up to 6'x9', $39 for 8'x10' and larger. Everything else is refunded in full.
• Original shipping charges (Express, US shipping) are not refundable.

Refunds are issued within 2 business days of the rug arriving back at our warehouse. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post it.

Return conditions

• Rug must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging, with no pet hair, stains or odours.
• Please roll the rug (do not fold) and tape the packaging closed.
• Rugs returned in non-resalable condition may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount; we'll contact you before doing either.

Not returnable

• Clearance items
• Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page
• Custom or cut-to-size orders
• Rug pads that have been trimmed

Damaged or wrong item

If your rug arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you. You will not be asked to return a damaged rug at your own expense.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Email us. We'll send a prepaid label and ship the replacement as soon as the original is scanned in by the carrier — you don't have to wait for it to arrive back.

Returns from the United States

US orders can be returned within 30 days. Return shipping to Canada is at the customer's expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
