Refund policy

Free 30-Day Returns Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund of the merchandise total — and return shipping is on us. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging. To start a return, email [email] with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Refunds are issued within 24 hours of the item passing inspection. Exceptions: Clearance items are final sale. Items marked "Non-Returnable" on the product page cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 15 days and we'll exchange it or refund you in full.

Return Eligibility

 

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:

 

  • Clearance Items

 

  • Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)

 

Return an Item or Order

 

To return an item or order please email us back with the information of the order that you wanted to return and with the reason for returning. After we received the item with original (sellable) packaging, after the inspections of the item we will deduct the shipping cost and then refund your order.

 

 

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

 

We package all our products well so they arrive on your doorstep snug, safe, and secure. If an item does arrive damaged, please notify us within 15 days. We're happy to make an exchange for you or refund your money back

 

Clearance Items

 

As stated at the time of your purchase, clearance items cannot be returned. However, if you received this item and find there is substantial damage or some other issue, please get in touch with us. Of course, we want to help.
